The Chi food was ordered on Thursday, August 12,2021 with delivery to be on Friday, August 13, 2021, the order did not show up until Saturday, August 14,2021 @ 12:45 pm and all the dry ice was gone completely and most of the dog food was thawing out, I was able to save all but one container of food which was warm. I will say our Aussie has taken to the Chi Dog food extremely well, I believe she feels much better, no vomiting or diarrhea that she had been having bouts with in the past. Seems to be hungry and anxious to eat two meals a day. All and all I'm very pleased to see her feel better.

You did great on sale and delivery. After that, it was all down hill...no returned e-mails; dog had severe diarrhea; after a week, discontinued food and took other measures. Now, we're left with a freezer food of food and afraid to even donate it. Guess that's 100 bucks in the garbage.

We were looking for a new food for our 13 yr old Yorkie and found Chi dog food. So far it has been working really well for her.

I’ve rated ChiDog five stars! Packaging and shipping all first class so that food arrives perfectly frozen and ready for transfer into the refrig. I was very happy with the ingredients. Good enough for humans to eat. My dog is almost 16 yrs old and a finicky eater after her bout with a bleeding ulcer resulting in stomach issues. She always has had fish included in her dinner meal. When I transitioned her to home cooked food, she did not like Turkey as one of the proteins.. Unfortunately because of her issue with acute pancreatitis, we chose Fire Food for its benefits in that regard. She does not like Turkey. It has been difficult getting her to eat the Fire formula but her pancreatitis has improved. Had to enhance the food w/treats or other protein. When she reaches normal readings, I would like to transition her to chicken or Wood formula. She may like it better because of the chicken and I am hopeful it will address many of her other issues such as geriatric and arthritis & insomnia to name a few.

Love it and my dog does too! I just wish you could have a variety within the order. For instance, a choice of 2 for the two weeks ordering to mix like Earth & Metal or 4 choices with the 4 week shipments.

This order was sent with another customer’s order because we have the same address. Most all food was thawed.
