My dog is in stage 3 kidney failure...she loved the water diet.

I tried to cancel this order because it does not agree with my dog. No one responded. And the order was sent through even though I canceled it and canceled my subscription. I think it’s terrible that I didn’t receive a response within the week that I noted that I was not interested in receiving another shipment and yet you sent the shipment anyway. Terrible customer service. In fact zero customer service. This is a fail.

My dog became ill just before the holidays and I needed to put him in the kennel before we left. His regular food order was almost finished and I needed more of the chicken (wood) diet food while he was still having intestinal issues. I worked with customer service and was able to have the extra trays of food made and delivered directly to the kennel, which they got in a timely manner even with the holiday rush. I would highly recommend this company for their quality product and their willingness to work with their customers. It was a great weight off my shoulders knowing that my dog had his food while we were away.

Excellent response to any Questions! DVM gets on the phone to help! Food is excellent quality & taste - two finicky cats are enjoying this as we transition them to a more whole food diet!

So far…..so good!! My dog loves it and no there have been no issues with digestion. THANK YOU

Our papillon is 5 years old and was getting sluggish, and tired , not wanting to run around nor come by us we started giving the chi dog food and it was an amazing transition to her ,, she is back to her pepy barky self , after 6 weeks of feeding the raw dog food, she’s our dog again, please just try it for 2 months, you’ll be surprised, Thank you chi dog food!!

I'm pleased with the service. I'm happy with the quality of the food and learning the best way to defrost the food. So far, it's most convenient to defrost for a couple of days. I have a 4 year old, rescue, female, German Shepherd with seizures. She has been seeing a neurologist for the past year. Recently, i'm also taking her to a holistic vet who suggested a diet change and acupuncture. Hopefully, we will see some positive results. Fingers crossed. This is trial and error time. I am happy you are able to deliver the food to a different location, when needed. We have a second home so this service is very helpful.
