The service from the company has been good except for the delivery process. The second order I placed took so long to get delivered that the food was thawed out by the time I received it. When I contacted Customer Service, they took care of replacing that order at no cost to me. The second delivery was on the truck and out for delivery for 3 Days! Thankfully, the food was still frozen when I received it. I think a different delivery vendor should be utillized. I also think that a local vendor should be sought out to sell this dog food. The one option that is available in Indiana is a Vet's Office, and they do not sell the food to anyone other than their patients.
