My dog Hamilton loves the Water diet best, with Fire a close second. The customer service is Outstanding, even switching orders for me at the last minute! Dr. Susan, the owner and Vet on staff is Extremely knowledgeable, warm and caring. Thank you!

Clyde loves the Chi Dog food. He was previously on a low-fat prescription diet that left him hungry continually. He is doing so much better and prefers Chi Dog food.

My dog, Sabrina, is a "woody" dog and recently suffered a small stroke in January. She is a very finicky eater, but she loves her meals from Chi Dog! She has started to gain some weight and will be near perfect as her neurologist predicted by Easter Sunday!

Crazy IMPRESSIVE!!! The DVM personally emailed me back then followed up with a personal phone call on a Saturday morning! Told me how I could make my dogs food at home till I received my shipment since my veterinarian’s office was out of it. Also guided me to the video on their website. I love this company and my dog loves the food. Her allergies seem to be slowly getting better too!!!

This is a truly great natural dog food tailored to the type of pet that you have. My dog loves it.

My bulldog feels cooler to the touch (less retained heat). I know that sounds strange but, it’s true. She looks healthier and even though they are low energy dogs, she more inclined to wrestle with our Great Dane than before.

I couldn't get the dogs to eat very much of this food. Tried for a week then gave up with trying to get them to eat it. They just didn't like it and it didn't agree with their tummies.

Hi Sherry. Thank you for taking the to leave a review. We hate to hear that your dogs didn’t care for the meals you ordered. We do witness some dogs who will not eat one formula but do like others. In cases such as this, we are more than happy to send you one or more of the other diets to try out. If you are open to this idea, please email us at [email protected] or call us at (856) 431-5502. Let us know how we can help.
