A lot of great design choices that at least appear better quality than some of the competitors. The checkout process and options were clear and easy. Now I just hope the customized dress comes in on time and looking just as beautiful as in the pictures! Thank you!

I ordered custom sizing and it was definitely off by alot I still had to go and get altered. Also, dress looked nothing the picture so was very disappointed. Also tried returning the dress and still have not got my money back. I have reached out multiple times to the business and no return calls or emails. Do not recommend

Hello Sarah Could you please tell the truth? You ordered the first dress in US2, when you received dress you said: "The reason I am needing to return is because it is too small. I just had a baby and I thought that it would fit me but unfortunately in the bust area it is too small and will not zip up" on June 10th, then we gave you return address on June 11st, you said "I will return as I already ordered a new dress with custom measurements. I will send back this week. Thankyou", then we replied you that please send us tracking number on June 11st, from June 11st till we got this bad review, we didn't get any of your email, so we are so confused that you said "I have reached out multiple times to the business and no return calls or emails. Do not recommend" all email need to replied within 24 hours even in the weekend. For the second dress which you ordered on June 9th and you got it in June 28th, we didn't get any off your feedback till now. All dresses in our site are our real design, there is DMCA protection icons in our site: https://www.dmca.com/r/gkmj542, I really can't understand you said "dress looked nothing the picture", why you ordred from us again?

The communication was excellent! Because it was such a large order the rep(s) double and triple checked with me the sizes and styles allowing me to make needed changes! The dresses are very good quality. I would highly recommend!

Unfortunately the dress did not fit correctly. It was too large on top, too tight below the waist. And they’re return policy is that you cannot return plus size dresses. The material was also cheap and rough; overall an unpleasant experience and waste of money. Edit: based on company’s response to my previous review above. Not only do they not respect my anonymity by using my name publicly, but also blame me for not knowing my “standard” US size. Actually I run much smaller than the size that I got, so was even more so surprised at the poor fit. Not just poor quality but poor customer service here as well clearly…

Hello Flora This is a standard size dress after all, it can't be changed according to different size of body, we have listed all measurements for you to confirm, you just replied "Size US22,Color Rust", once dress can't fit well, you put all mistake in our site but never care you are not really in US22, without any communication with us before, you just left bad review here. If you want to incriminate yourself, why bother?

Dress needed substantial altering. One of the sleeves had to be completely removed because it was too small. THE DRESS FITS according to my measurements (I used the sizing guidelines on the site) but it needed a professional touch to make it look more flattering because an entire sleeve had to be removed. Though a lovely dress, it required additional alterations that were not anticipated because it was designed to have two sleeves but ONE SLEEVE WAS TOO SMALL FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE (fitting over my arm). Again, I’m emphasizing the dress fits because the seller’s response to my review implies that I’m not actually a size 4. That’s not the issue. I am a size 4 and I acknowledged in my original review that the dress fits according to my measurements. Also, it arrived rolled up in plastic…For the amount of money I paid there’s no reason to justify such careless packaging.

Hello Tristen This is a standard size US4 dress, all measurements are US4, so it can't flatter if you are not really in US4, basis on such condtion, we usually suggest you to alter in your local shop, we will provide partial refund for you to fix dress, we will use biodegradable corn fiber packaging soon. While the fabric and dress was lovely, the stays that were in the dress to keep the dress from folding would not conform correctly, so I had to take some out and adjust it. This probably occurred when the dress was shoved into a very small box for delivery. Also, the jacket that came with it had no size but appeared to be a medium, so I could not wear it at all. The jacket was one of the reasons for me to get the dress and I could not wear jacket. The color was beautiful. While the lace was pretty, on closer look there were white "spots" where the lace was fraying.

Hello Lynn The jacket was made by the same seamstress, it's the same measurements as dress. if dress can fit well, the jacket should fit well too, without any communication with us before, so we don't know this problem, so please contact us firstly if you have problems of dress when you receive it.
