I have been messaging with Chicsew since 7/26/2024 and came to know conclusion. An error was made when they made my dress. They keep asking me for measurements that I have provided numerous times. My entire party has an issue with the dresses. All correct measurements were sent. The dress comes above my ankles and 3-inch heels were to be added to the dress. They even accused me of being overweight stating the dress doesn't fit because of my weight. The correct weight and measurements were sent that doesn't even make sense.
