Absolutely the best in customer service! They were fast and friendly. The food was awesome! It was super busy but we were through the drive thru in no time. The order was accurate and the crew behaved like professionals. I was very impressed about the store here in Topeka KS!

(Conway Chick fil a) The service was good when they took our order. I got up to the window and paid and drove off. Got all the way home and realized I was missing an order. Had to drive all the way back to pick up the food they forgot to put in the bag. By that time my fries were cold so this is why they're getting a low score because they forget to give you all your food that you order. Need to add a way for them to check to make sure all the food is in the bag.... and this is not the first the second or the third time this has happened it happened several times

No one beats their customer service. Long time customer but I used mobile ordering for the first time and messed up and left off my peach milk shake. When I arrived, I noticed it wasn't with the order. Then we noticed I hadn't actually ordered it (on the mobile app). I went to the register to order and pay but the manager apologized (even though we knew it was my mistake) and then he comped it. For this, and for many other reasons, Chick Fil A stands above all other fast food restaurants.

Excellent service and healthier than average fast food.

I don’t give 5’s. No other peer gets a 4 though. This company has thought through the customer experience in a dozen different aspects. Where do they find all these polite positive young people?? Excellent food. Now they will have to manage the crowding aspects of their popularity. So far so good. Very nice work and good value.
