Finally tried it and don't understand the hype! My food was "ok" at best and cold fries like any other fast food place. Their customer service is tops but I paid to eat not to be smiled at! If I'm going to have a cold chicken sandwich and fries I'll have it cheaper at McDonalds! Now Rutters has GREAT chicken sandwiches and they're hot every time!

Received wrong order inquired about it in person and wasn’t honored a refund called headquarters and complained about it and still wasn’t given a refund for cold wrong food I received first and last time eating at any business

Chick fil a in Conroe on 105 was touched by the hand of God. Or Vishnu, or Mohammad, or a deity of your choice. I NEVER wait, my order is NEVER wrong, the people act like they care and like they enjoy their jobs, and they are staffed enough where one person isn’t doing 3 people’s jobs. The manager is a genius about food service, accuracy and speediness, and customer service. 10/10.... well 9/10 because the corporation is a little hateful and not open on Sundays. (But service is so good and those people don’t necessarily support or have a say in corporate politics. And that manager is soooo nice!)

Mediocre food at outrageous prices all to fund hate groups - you're better off at Guthrie's or something similar.

My experience with Chick filet was terrible at Hunt valley location next to light rail ,my food was left laying on counter in no hurry to get to me. Employees were more concerned with chatting.always room for improvement!

It's a great place to be. The food is great and the employees are amazing, so nice and caring. Chick-fil-a could never go wrong. Free sauce, and really good chicken mmmmm.
