Had a Chef Preserve vacuum sealer for about a year and a half. It developed a problem, contacted support, very responsive and helpful. Sent them a copy of the purchase receipt in case they need it (which would be understandable). They are sending me a replacement, no hassle, no back and forth! If you're considering purchasing the sealer, it works great, and love that you can reuse the vacuum bags. ~Paul

I ordered the vacuum pump and it came with small and medium bags, i still havent used all since once i empty one i wash it in the dishwasher. I also ordered the glass bowls and tried it out with raspberries which i had in the fridge for two weeks and they were fairly fresh when i opened the lid. There was a little juice on the bottom but the berries were fine. We recommend this product.

I have purchased many kitchen products and this by far is the best. Easy to use and it is exactly as advertised so I bought 1 for my sister. We did not have to wait long for it to arrive. Highly recommend. A real money saver as I don't waste as much food. Go get one folks it is the best!

Not only do I really like Chef Preserve products; their customer service is great! I started with their device and starter kit. Soon I found many more uses than I anticipated and ordered a bunch more of all sizes. I "graduated" to the glass containers and ordered a set of three large containers. Unfortunately, a shipping error was made and i got the mixed size set. I notified them and they fixed the problem immediately. Great service. I'm about to make another order of both bags and containers. Great products and great service!

I started small with just a minimal about of product but after using the bags and dishes I started buying them for my daughter and daughter in law. By the time I’m done I will have all Chefpreserve glassware and get rid of all the things I can’t find lids for. I love the products. They are perfect storage products.

Seeing the TrustPilot logo on the website made me feel comfortable that it is a trusted site. It reminds me of growing up and always looking for "Good Housekeeping" seal for validation. Love It.

Had a bag issue, and they Resolved it Easy Peasy

My Chef Preseve quit working but I have gotten you to replace it which I really appreciate, replacement on its way. I am Hoping today as I have meat I need to freeze and a store freezer bag does not keep it nearly as good. I use mine often and so easy to use, quick and so easy to store. I recommend it to others often.
