I love my Chefpreserve, it keeps food much longer, seal-vacuum.

Chef Preserve is a rarity. Chef Preserve EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS. It’s hard- very hard- to find a product that not only does what says it will do, but one that keeps food not just edible but appealingly palatable. Chef Preserve’s versatility is also a major plus, with the bags and the glass bowls providing options for home chefs and our pinched purses. 5.5 stars out of 5.

Thank you for the fantastic review! 🙌 “5.5 stars out of 5” is quite the compliment! We’re delighted that Chef Preserve has exceeded your expectations and that you’re enjoying the flexibility of both the bags and glass containers. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback.

Everytime I seal my fruit, such as grapes, blue berries, strawberrys, 5 or 6 days later, I notice they have a fermented taste. Why?
Response from ChefpreserveAug 14, 2026
That can happen with certain fruits, especially berries and grapes. They continue to release natural gases as they ripen, and vacuum sealing reduces the oxygen around them. In some cases, this can create an environment that causes the fruit’s flavor to change or develop a fermented taste. For best results, we recommend using our glass containers for delicate fruits, adding a paper towel to absorb excess moisture, and freezing berries and grapes if you plan to store them for longer periods. It’s also best to start with fresh, dry fruit that isn’t already overripe. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you sharing your experience with us!

I used the plastic bags last year and the food stayed so fresh. I did not have time to freeze my zucchini so I put them in the containers and two weeks later they were still fresh! When I open the lid I could smell them as if I harvested them today. Last, trying to reorder some bags! I mess up and within couple emails it was fixed! Fantastic company!

Thank you for sharing such a great experience! Two-week-old garden zucchini still smelling freshly harvested is impressive! We’re also glad our team could quickly sort out your bag reorder. It’s always nice to hear both the products and the service are making a difference 😊

Arnaque ? J’ai passé une commande#1034 de ventilateurs de plafond pour une somme de 272euros 79 en juillet et depuis rien. J’attends encore un peu et sans nouvelles…je porterais plainte.
