This company is horrible!!! They take over 3 weeks to complete your background check then once it completed and send to employer, you will be pulled off of the job due to checkr running another background check which takes another 3 weeks which causes major delays. Horrible, horrible, horrible company

Absolutely not fit for purpose The idiots re request the same valid documents dozens of times, some times twice in a day. Also refuse to accept documents in the format the end authorities want. Technologically incompetent so they require outdated practices

Reported a DUS to Employer, which led to my employment to be deactivated. Took 2 days from the time of request. DUS had been dismissed and my license fully reinstated. Requested an appeal, submitted documentation, It's been 2 weeks with estimated time for appeal completion 5/5/25. Can't work till completed. Unbelievable!

I wish I could give this website a zero. Inaccurate dates of employment and requested past emails & passwords for verification that doesn't exist.

This company did a background check on me for Lyft at the same time as one for Uber. One was requested from me for Uber. My Lyft background check came back clean and was able to operate under the Lyft platform. But Uber is not allowing me to operate on their platform due to Checkr Not completing my background check which started in November 20 24 and here it is mid April 20 25 and it is still not done. How can they complete one platforms background check but cannot complete the other.

Waiting for an invasive backround check seems unconstitutional. maybe these kind of back round checks should be handled by hiring managers from company using persons credentials thru the city.
