Because the length of time it’s taking for background checks I’m being rejected for opportunities

Hello Checkr Support, Thank you for your response. However, my background check for Uber has now been pending for approximately four months, which is far beyond the normal 3–7 business day timeframe. I have contacted Uber multiple times regarding this issue. Most recently, Uber Support informed me that my Checkr background check had been approved/completed on their side. However, when I check my Checkr Candidate Portal, my report still shows as pending. This conflicting information is causing a serious problem with my Uber account, and I have been unable to drive because of it. I understand that some reports can take longer because of court records or manual processing, but four months is an exceptionally long time. Could you please review my case manually and tell me exactly which part of my background check is still pending and what is causing the delay? If Checkr is waiting for information from a court, government agency, or another source, please tell me specifically what is still outstanding. If there is anything I can provide to help complete the process, I am ready to provide it immediately. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be escalated to the appropriate team for a detailed review. I need a clear explanation of my current status rather than another general estimated completion timeframe. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Erol

This company is the worst company to use is shouldn’t take over 30 days to run a back ground check when 3 other companies do it in 3 days I don’t recommend this company once so ever and I feel it should be shut down

Yep I agree with a lot of you guys checkr is full of you know what by law they are not supposed to be reporting anything over 7 years but they do they are miss using there power. A company that supposed to be helping people now that’s funny especially when the cost of living is already high, but rest and sure this is how company fall like checkr of miss use of power…..

I have been waiting on my background check for several months with absolutely no help whatsoever from the inept AI driven joke of a "customer service" department at Checkr. Somehow, I am okay to deliver for Instacart and Walmart Spark, yet keep getting the runaround on the status of my background check for Amazon and Uber Eats!

3 years ago I applied for Lyft and this company keep saying they can’t verify my social security number that I had all my life. Then you reach out to them and they never return your message and when they do they said I can’t help you. Now here it is three years later and they’re saying the same thing. It’s funny other side gigs don’t have a problem with my social security number verifying my back ground or my social number but this company does. I have done rideshare for almost 8 years and has never had this problem. They never attempt to resolve the issues now do they recommend other ways they can resolve this issue. Because I guarantee if there’s an issue with my social security number that means it must be identity theft because if I go to the DMV where I live and request of copy of my drivers record and go to the social security office there’s is no issue with my report and if it is I need to know to file a identity theft report. These people don’t even provide you we what type of information they state is wrong how is it that you can’t verify my social security number that I have had for 56 years of my life. These people don’t even to to further look into how this can be resolved they don’t even try to assist you further. They just report can’t verify social security number and they leave it at that. They are the worst company to utilize for background check for drivers but they approve the criminals and trafficking drivers.
