On hold for 2 hours and counting about a background check that was initiated more than 3 weeks about but still not started.

Unable to reach anyone, I’ve been out of work for nearly a month due to unprofessionalism!!!! My background was cleared, by checkr I received a copy but my employers never received theirs, and is still awaiting a response from checkr. A horrible company and if understaffing is the issue they shouldn’t take on clients beyond their support means. It’s business 101

Terrible. Been waiting on a background check for 3 weeks now and the timeframe keeps getting extended with no explanation. Can't get a hold of anyone to get to the bottom of it. Wonder how many people have gone broke waiting to start work because of their incompetence.

If i could give it less than one star, I would. I had goodhire and they were great. This company charges if if they can't do a background report. They are expensive and horrible to deal with.

This company is useless. I've been going through their process now for 3 weeks. This company advocates for employees easing into the week and working from home. I'm trying to get a job as a concrete superintendent well into 6 figures and these kids have no idea of their incompetence. San Francisco at its best.

Our needs are simple, a quick background check on church volunteers. Checkr delivers the results, with no more info than needed, in a short period of time. I don’t have to maintain PII that our church does not need (SSN’s) that were required to be maintained in the church records in previous solutions.
