CheckrReviews of checkr.com

Waiting 6+ weeks for a background check. I've never been arrested and only lived in 1 state for 46 years. In the meantime, I got a fingerprint background check back in 2 hours, but this company still can't get anything done in 6 weeks. I just keep getting delay emails from checkr. All the gig apps that use this trash service should immediately sever ties with them and let them fade away into bankruptcy.

Is it possible to give 0 stars??? This company is a headache that stopped me from being "allowed" to work for months treating me as if I was a criminal!!! I had to go DIGGING to find out why, and it was something as simple as needing to update an ID!!! like just say that from the beginning???? and seeing how im not alone, I don't know how this place is still operating also how every company seems to be using checkr is beyond me! EVERYONE REPORT THEM TO BBB, that should do the trick ;)

My son is about to become homeless thanks to checkr. He went from ny to md , got a new license and checkr insist he has the old one. The problem, 3 weeks and over 20 phone calls between calling Uber and Checkr. Uber gave Checkr a wrong email. They say correct this thru Checkr to upload MD license. He cant contact Checkr because he can't log on due to the wrong email Uber provided. He has no income thank to checkr for 3 weeks. I filed a complaint thru the MD Attorney General. Its outrageous. They destroy peoples lives.

Terrible They stop me from working They have old reports and reports that has nothing to do with my job You can't reach anyone and they put the blame on the company I was working for😤

First off I would Never live in NY. Second, I drink black coffee and then two bottles of water before lunch. Yet you put consider? What are ya’ll on? Definitely not the best. If I have been in the military 15+ yrs never have I ever dealt with this level of unprofessionalism.

Background check "pending" for 6 weeks now. Riiight. Been unable to do rideshare for last couple of weeks because this company will not provide the service for which it paid. Not that the mucky-mucks at Uber corporate care.

Been with uber for almost seven years and I've never encountered such poor customer service like I have with this background check Co. I was taken off the platform May 31st because my general background check is still pending since May 1st. It was supposed to be completed today. However, I grew impatient because I signed up for another app gig that uses this same service, and both motor and general checks were complete within hours. It makes absolutely no sense. I was on the phone listening to a haunted mansion loop for an hour and forty five minutes. Because of this, I'm late on bills and I have to cancel my flight and hotel for my trip next week. It's almost as if this company gets its rocks off by damaging hard working folks lives. If doing so is their ultimate goal and commitment, 5 stars for succeeding. Thanks.

Terrible company. I waited over 4 hours for a customer service rep only to be dropped off the call, then tried two more times and didn't get any reps after 1.5 hours of wait time. I have also submitted 3 error reports on my background check over the past 2.5 months and have not received any response or feedback. Checkr is unable to do its basic function as a company and should cease to exist.
