I needed to make last minute plans due to a family problem and was able to get a decent package deal for flight, great hotel and decent car. Initially had to settle for a layover on my return flight so that was not ideal but thanks to a fabulous Delta employee, I was able to slide into the nonstop (only half full) flight at the gate. (Kind of made me wonder why I was not able to change the flight but worked out well in the end....no complaints here!) I'd definitely use the service again
