Neal helped me book a round-trip flight from Denver to Houston. He found a better price than other websites and was very patient while checking other airlines and their fares. I’d definitely recommend him!

I was very disappointed when I got a call back from the company stating that the reason why my ticket didn’t go through, I was very confused and upset because I can remember having 11 minutes before my time expired to purchase a ticket and it just kept saying it was in progress which I started at 10:10am and had to 10:26am my price was $197 and I had to spend $265.17 and it took them 2/12 hours to call me back. Spoke with customer service Mr. Andrew Hall and I did state my complaint which I still ended up getting the higher ticket he was very nice to me and I had called the company (5) times. Great customer service and kudos to him.
