I am trying to buy a ticket, the circle goes round and round and nothing happened. I called the customer support number and ... after a long hold, the call was disconnected. This was at about 10:18 in the morning. This is not a cool way to buy tickets. After a number of attempts, the company called me back. The reason why the sale didn't go through? The ticket price ask of a sudden increased by a whopping 25%. I moved on to a dependable and trustworthy company.

Andrew Hall was very helpful and explained why I couldn't get the initial lower online fare. He was patient and quite informative. He was explaining every stage of the process during the booking and quite frankly he paid attention to detail even more than me this was one of the best experience I've had with online booking assistance.
