Charter VanlinesReviews of charter-vanlines.com

I highly recommend Charter Vanlines to anyone who has to make a move from state- state! I moved from Macon Georgia to Landover Hills Md and I need a mover fast. My cousin down South told me about Charter Vanlines. Best thing ever did was hire this company. Charter is professional, orderly, organized and sensitive to folks who are moving to new State. I could not believe how kind, friendly and patient all the staff were. I had no issues during the move, all my stuff was packed safe, secure and stable. I was very impressed how they ushered me through the process so easily and always, always put my needs first. I felt in complete control of all the decision making. From beginning to end they were professional , helpful and friendly. You can't go wrong using Charter

When picking up your life and moving to a different state, you want everything to go as smoothly as possible. Charter Vanlines not only did that but they also put my needs and desires first. They understand that packing up your life and moving is a difficult process to do alone. I was so glad that Charter Vanlines was able to cater to my every need and made the hassle of moving to a different state simpler and more efficient than I ever thought it could be! They were also amazing at keeping me informed about times for pick up and move out, that way I knew where all my belongings were and that they were in safe hands! Trusting this moving company with my personal items was not a mistake and would choose them again!

Charter Van Lines was incredible with professional and timely services! They showed a lot of care and patience with my worries. I wasn’t sure whether to hire a moving company or just proceed the out of state move on my own. All in all this moving company was the right choice as they made the process a simple one. I am very pleased and would defiantly use their services again!

If I ever have to do a long distance move again, I will definitely be using Charter Van Lines. Prior to contacting any movers, I was apprehensive about using movers in general. It seemed silly to pay someone to do something I was capable of doing myself. Charter wasn’t the first moving company I contacted, but after talking to them my apprehensions about hiring were gone, I decided a moving company was the way to go and I went with them. Everyone I dealt with at Charter was friendly and wanted to help. There were no incidents during the move and everything arrived safe and sound. They kept me informed during the whole process so I was never left wondering about where my stuff was or when it was going to arrive. If you are planning a long distance move I highly recommend using Charter Van Lines.

Excellent experience and phenomenal customer service. They didn't act like this was just another job. They were helpful in doing everything I needed and they put my interest first. Everything I asked of them was how exactly how it went and what they did. I couldn't be happier and I will recommend to everyone.

Great experience! Very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable.

I like this company's way of doing business. They put the customer first. I made one phone call to the main office to get things started. After that they took care of just about everything else. I moved across country several years ago and it was tormenting, this time was smooth and easy. Without hesitation, I'd gladly recommend Charter Van Lines to my friends. I give them two thumbs up.

Very professional and prompt service from charter van lines. I have had varying experiences with different moving companies, but was presently surprised with how smooth everything went. All of my belongings were treated with care and nothing was damaged. Next time I move I will definitely be calling charter again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mover!
