Charter VanlinesReviews of charter-vanlines.com

Charter Van Lines was an amazing help in my cross country move - providing a great service that I could actually afford. A couple months back when I was making the long distance trek I was overwhelmed by the process. I needed a company that could work quickly and on my budget. So I figured I wasn’t going to find the help I needed. Moving a lot in recent years I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with moving companies. So I wasn’t expecting much different when I went with Charter, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. They were prompt, friendly, and handled everything with care – all my stuff was delivered without damage. I highly recommend Charter to anyone making a long distance move.

CHARTER VAN LINES IS A JOKE!! I CANT BELIEVE ANYONE RATED THEM 5 STARS. THIS MUST HAVE BEEN PEOPLE FROM THE COMPANY OR SOMEOEN THEY PAID. not only did they not give me my requested pick up date, they wouldn't give me a delivery date. they claimed they would at pick up and then when they got here they still couldn't. its a broker that hires local movers and they disappears and wont reply to emails or calls. Robert at charter van lines was my sales person who completely lied to me saying I would not be charged any additional than what was originally quoted and then movers got here wanting to charge more for weight and space saying they would take the material if not. I fired the movers on the spot and charter van lines refused to refund my deposit. THEY ARE THE WORST MOVERS IV EVER EXPERIENCED. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. NEVER EXPERIENCED WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUCH A JOKE.

When it comes to moving, let’s be honest. It can be a drastic headache and stuff can be damaged. I thought that, and more before I came across Charter Van Lines, the company was absolutely astounding not only taking tremendous care of my items, but when they arrived I was still moving items and they helped me free of charge. I couldn’t recommend this company enough if you’re moving to a different state, give Charter Van Lines a call. I gave them 1% of my trust and they earned back the other 99% and they’ll be hearing from my Grandma shortly about moving.

MOVING SUCKS!!!! However, Charter Van Lines expertly coordinated my move. As the website indicates, Charter Van Lines coordinates with local moving companies to find the best deal for you with movers in your area. The scheduling agent was friendly and ensured I was ordering the proper sized truck. The quote was an accurate reflection of my total price. There were no billing surprises. The teams of movers that loaded my belongings into the truck, and delivered them to my new apartment were fast, polite, and professional. Out of my ~15 moves, this was the first time that nothing was broken in transit. I could not have had a better moving experience. I would recommend Charter Van Lines to anyone and I intend to use them again in the future.

This company saved me time and money with their quality services. I have moved around my entire childhood and was over moving another thing on my own. I didn't know anything about moving services or which one to pick. I called one service before this one but the employee seemed to busy to talk about my move. I called this company next, thankfully. The company gave me all the info I was looking for and asked if I had any questions. They seemed eager for me to choose their service. The prices I found were very reasonable as I didn't want to pay too much for the move, or have to wind up doing it on my own. The day of the move the employees were patient and careful with my belongings. They made the move quick and overwith before I had time to have any concerns. I was very satisfied with the company service and rates. The employees came to do their job and make the move as comfortable for me as they could. I knew they could tell I was nervous, but their patience settled my nervousness and then it was over! I highly recommend this company and now know who I'm using from now on! Thanks guys

As a young college student moving away from home for the first time, I was extremely nervous. One of the issues I was the most worried about was the process of moving all my stuff from state to state, and making sure that none of it was damaged. After going through the rigorous process of trying to find a suitable mover, a friend of mine recommended that I use Charter Van Lines. My experience with them was everything that I needed and more. They charged an extremely affordable rate, and everything that they moved was in superb condition when it arrived. Customer service was also friendly and helped me arrange the process of moving around my college schedule to ensure that I didn’t get stressed out while moving. All in all, a great service, and when I have to move wherever life calls me, I’ll use Charter Van Lines again!

I recently used Charter Vanlines for my move. I was very satisfied with the quality of service that I received. I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving long distance or to another state. Moving can really be a hassle, but this company helped make my move a lot smoother. The process was simple and the customer service was great. Everyone that I dealt with via email or phone was friendly and knowledgeable. They promptly responded to all my requests and concerns. Most importantly, it saved me valuable time and energy versus trying to move it myself. Even the movers were friendly. I truly cannot be more thankful to this company. I will definitely use them again and I will tell all of my friends and family about them.

I’m a military brat, so I’m accustomed to moving all over. I’ve been in the same place for 10 years, so I forgot how absolutely horrid moving can be. This was my first time hiring a professional moving company, and I was a bit nervous to entrust everything that I own to a moving company. I've heard tons of horror stories about movers breaking things, things turning up missing, or not at all. I’m happy to say that was not at all my experience with Charter Van Lines. They gave me ease of mind the moment I talked to one of their intake agents on the phone. They asked great questions and gave me a thorough explanation of everything that would happen. They were on time, and extremely professional. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Charter.
