Charter VanlinesReviews of charter-vanlines.com

When I moved from Ohio to Philadelphia, Charter Vanlines made everything extremely smooth. The men were polite and professional from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to help me! I requested a quote and received a fair and honest quote, quickly. I have never done a long distance move before so I was expecting the moving portion to exceed my whole moving budget. With Charter, that was not the case. There were unexpected charges even after I requested a moving date change. All my items were moved quickly and efficiently. I had a lot of fragile and large items. I was a bit worried because I’m previous moves, items were broken. No items were damaged and they even helped put the items in place once they arrived.

If I ever have to do a long distance move again, I will definitely be using Charter Van Lines. Prior to contacting any movers, I was apprehensive about using movers in general. It seemed silly to pay someone to do something I was capable of doing myself. Charter wasn’t the first moving company I contacted, but after talking to them my apprehensions about hiring were gone, I decided a moving company was the way to go and I went with them. Everyone I dealt with at Charter was friendly and wanted to help. There were no incidents during the move and everything arrived safe and sound. They kept me informed during the whole process so I was never left wondering about where my stuff was or when it was going to arrive. If you are planning a long distance move I highly recommend using Charter Van Lines.

Took a state to state move with them and had no problems. Family and me needed to get to Illinois from Indiana and found them on Google. They got the job done, nothing broke in the move. Packers came to help box up the house and that was ok too. We took the job of unpacking but I guess they would’ve done a fine job for that. One couch was a bit of a problem to get through a door, but they managed to get the legs off and get it through. Thanks for everything.

Excellent company! I move a lot for my job and finding a good service has always been a nightmare. I will no longer have this problem because Charter Vanlines has it down pat. The experience was delightful from the first time they picked up the phone. The people are very easy to work with, my belongings were packed and moved with skill and care, and the whole process was carried out with finesse and professionalism. Thank you Charter Vanlines!
