Charlotte RusseReviews of charlotterusse.com

I love buying my clothes in charlotte russe. Its always my first stop to shop at. I love the quality of the clothes charlotte Russe has.

Charlotte Russe has great fast fashion pieces that are affordable and trendy. However, the quality reflects the price. Also, shipping ALWAYS takes 2 weeks! By the time my package arrives, I only have 1-2 weeks to try and decide. Since the 30 day return policy is based on the ship date.

I love shopping online and whenever I have a return there is never a problem

I sent them an email letting them know that one of my items did not arrive in my online order. They did not respond. I messaged them again about a week later. Once again, I did not get a response. I would like my money back at least.

Love the product very much. I am always getting complements when I were your clothes. Love. Love the boots and booties. Would tell friends and family. You will always find in store and online. Thanks. Sherry Sacramento
