I ordered 2 pair of the same shoes and neither pair were $16 but that's all the refund i got back to my card minus the $7 shipping it cost to refund. I was confused at first until I check my card statements. And black and white speak louder than words. Never again!!!!!

Great company only downside is their sizing. It's not the same from one item to another, if that was improved then it would be a 5.

They have a variety of clothes but it’s almost impossible to order online on a smart phone or on the app... a little inconvenient.

I definitely would recommend.

I would recommend Charlotte Russe to my friends. The apparel is trendy fashion at a reasonable price. The website is easy to use and the wishlist option is an awesome way to save items for later. Shipping and tracking lets you know when your order will arrive and delivery was fast and on time. Loved all items I purchased and everything was exactly as described on the website. I will definitely shop at Charlotte Russe again!
