Charlotte RusseReviews of charlotterusse.com

I love shopping with Charlotte Russe but I have one complaint. The quality of certain peices leave MUCH to be desired but I still love shopping here.

I’m so happy with my CR online purchase. Every item fits well, and the colors are as advertised. Would definitely be making future purchases.

I’ve been shopping online with CR for a long time now. I really like the brand and their products. My only concern is the people who are handling their online orders. Recently I’ve been getting lots of missing and wrong items. I shopped at least once a month with them and spend an average of $100 each time. I already sent them my concerns and opinion last month and I was hoping they can find a solution. Today I received my new order and as usual I was missing a lot of items and was sent a bunch of wrong items. I would like to continue shopping online but until this issue gets resolved, I’m staying away from it.

Great company

Everything I revive I always has to change it and then stores doesn't have it. I had a great deal of boots and they came both right foot. I went to change it but store didn't have it so I loose the great deal on line

Have more sales on your clothing. Have more selections not so geared to younger girls with perfect figures. Have more of a selection for average figured woman than such little stuff. The jr stuff can be tight to wear but Plus sizes are too big! Love your stuff just wished it wasn’t so geared for younger girls.

I Loved Everything,The Shipping Is Wonderful Arrives Just On Time!

Excellent prices and quality. One of my favorite sites!
