I have enjoyed Charlie. They work very hard to help and protect their customers account. Scammers are everywhere and they help me get my check back when someone hacked Social Security office accounts. I would never leave Charlie. They have increased their protection even more since then. And not to mention it is really nice to have access to my money 2 to 4 days earlier. I’m 💯 percent anyone who deals with Charlie will just love everything about it. Great job to the staff at Charlie. They are very disrespectful! I made a mistake (not on purpose). Give me my d___ed money! I live on SSI and I'm 73 years old. I've tried calling numerous times and been shut down. I will get legal help if I have to and they will pay! I want my money transferred to my new bank account, PERIOD!!

I had a $2.99 from Google that I did not make but I was willing to let it go I did not want to follow dispute because it would cost me more to get another card then that $2.99 so as of that time I put in for a overnight to have a card overnighted to me so I'd have it in time for my social security money not only did I not get that card I had to put in another one that's two times I put in for them to mail me a card having to pay $10 each I still didn't receive the card until oh my bills were past due both of my phones were turned off I had no service then when I called they said that I didn't have no money in the bank no money in their account and I had just got a statement saying I had 961 Now I had no card so nobody could have taken the money and I don't know what Charlie is up to that I know that I have 961 in the bank that I can't even touch because they've got my card either froze locked up moved to a different account had three you can I don't know what's going on with these people but I'm going to look for a civil suit of some kind on them I don't mean to put such a bad review on being honest and I explained that exactly what happened
