Broadway Diva
I was able to be a guest host on SiriusXM radio, On Broadway. We bid on this through Charitybuzz. My contact, Pierre was so helpful in setting this up, the process took a while with scheduling issues, but he was with me through it all. Thanks to Seth and Christine and everyone who made it possible. My Broadway Radio experience was amazing.

No Service
I have had two instances to contact Charity Buzz, and both of them have been negative experiences due to no response or action taken by you. I bid and won a one week stay in a farmhouse in France. (Lot 2492810 - 7 Night Stay at a French Farmhouse in St. Jean de Duras, France). I have requested it twice but have not heard back. Also I had received a credit of $ 100 for referring a friend who had joined. I have asked for this credit to be applied towards by bill but that had not happened. It has not been a pleasant experience.

Thank you for taking time to share this feedback. We always want to work with our partners and our winners to make sure their packages and experiences are redeemed as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately our contact for this package was unavailable last week due to an illness. Regardless, we will work together to make sure your package is redeemed well before the expiration next year. Our Customer Service team will continue to be in touch regarding your pending reward.

I was very happy with the unusual item…
I was very happy with the unusual item at auction. 5-star on experience. It might be kinda clever to show w/ buyer premium such as Heritage Auctions does. Will look often to be repeat buyer.

Make buyers premium's crystal clear
I think you should put more transparency on the 20% buyers premium. I saw that it was in there, but didnt realize it was 20%. No one likes slightly hidden fees

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. Congratulations on your latest auction win! A team member has sent the redemption email for this lot, which includes the next steps for redeeming this experience. Charitybuzz first implemented the buyer's premium fee in 2019, and it is a standard fee for most auction houses. It allows us to continually improve the experience for our nonprofit partners and customers and, most importantly, maximize the money raised for charity.

We had a cooking lesson with Chef…
We had a cooking lesson with Chef Maisashvili, what a wonderful evening. Chef got us all involved in making our dinner, it was fantastic. Chef was very organized, focused and engaging with a positive attitude (and his daughter, our interpreter as Chef speaks Georgian was great). The food and wine were so good, but most of all, we just had a great time with a great host. Stephen
