I Love It!!!!
Ordered a chair and received it promptly - within 3 days or so. During assembly, noticed one of the screw inserts was off center, which didn't allow for proper screw insertion. Contacted Support via email and provided pictures of the issue. Received response the same day to advise another chair was being sent to me at no charge. Received the replacement chair within 2 days. It's assembled and looks great!!!!!

The chairs are beautiful
The chairs are beautiful. They were very difficult to put together and I had to hire a handyman because it seemed the screws were drilled on an angle. He almost gave ip nut I am grateful he didn’t.

My chairs arrived promptly and very well packaged. I was very impressed! My husband didn't like the idea of putting them together. Haha! But, they are very attractive and very well made! So far, no complaints! Very satisfied!!

Not a Problem
Order processed the same day as ordered - even though it was on a Saturday. The pictures are accurate regarding the color. They went together easy and they are sturdy stools. We love them.
