My parents ordered bar stools through my email but the stool was too high. Issue is not with the chair but how difficult it is to get hold of customer service. Two emails were sent to send return instructions. I have not heard back from Chairus.
Response from CHAIRUSApr 17, 2026
Hello Angela, We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. However, we sent an email to your Gmail address on April 15, 2026 to confirm the product status with you; it may have gone unnoticed due to technical issues. Therefore, we have been waiting for your reply. To avoid any miscommunication, we would like to reconfirm with you: Have both bar stools been assembled? Could you please send some photos of the products for our verification? You may reply by updating this comment directly or email us at [email protected]. We will arrange a return label for you immediately upon receiving your response. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Warmest regards, Chairus Team
