We want to assure you that we are absolutely not refusing your return — we're committed to resolving this for you. As we explained in our emails, in order to confirm the issue and approve the resolution, we need a photo of the completed underside of the product. So far, we've only received a close-up photo of the screw holes, which unfortunately isn't enough for us to identify and verify the problem accurately.
