This has been my 5th purchase, company has been consistently great. This time something happened to my order duribg shipping. It was reboxed in a gigantic box but the hardware was missing. I called the company and as before they quickly responded. However, i was told thr hardware had to come from overseas and it would take awhile.. im trying to be patient, but i havent received anything yet. Almost a month now. must be on a slow boat!
Response from CHAIRUSMay 18, 2026
Hello Renee, Thank you so much for your continued support — this means a lot to us, and we truly appreciate you being a repeat customer for your fifth purchase. We are really sorry for the unpleasant shipping issue and the long wait for your missing hardware. Since some accessory parts need to be shipped directly from our factory, it does take a bit longer than standard delivery. Great news! Your missing hardware has now been dispatched. We will send the tracking number to you via email shortly. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We truly value your loyalty and will keep working hard to maintain our service quality for you. Warmest regards, Chairus Team

I had asked before buying the chairs about assembly of the product. I was told it was easy. I was thinking i would have to screw the legs on or something. But unfortunately it was much more than I anticipated and more than I could figure out so i had to hire someone to put them together for me. Now that they are together I love them.
