Our refund policy is shown on our main site, help center, and in the terms and conditions with full terms. I have personally reviewed all areas and can confirm that nowhere is only a part of a refund policy shown. On all pages the same refund reasons are stated, which are identified below: - The product does not match it's description/preview images in a significant manner - Crucial model parts, details, textures or files are missing (not applicable when issues are caused by exchange format limitations) - The model is mistaken for a physical/tangible object and the digital file has not been downloaded.

However, I completely agree that this should have been communicated more transparently from the outset. It’s worth mentioning that registration requirements are quite common practice across many digital marketplaces. In fact, many platforms do not offer free models at all. We aim to provide value to our users by making certain models available for free, and registration helps us ensure the quality and continuity of our service.
