CGTraderReviews of cgtrader.com

Awesome and the best support ever! I have been working with this company for a long time and I always have the best impressions about their work!

Been using CGTrader as a client and author for more than 5 years. I can strongly recommend it if you are looking for a freelancer to custom model or animate things/subjects for your project or buy ready assets that fit in your budget needs. The search function has been recently updated so one will get more relevant results. For authors/designers a good thing is that payouts happen each Wednesday of the week which is nice in respect to monthy payout. And there is a whole set of buyer posted projects that one can apply to to generate some additional income instead of just passively selling assets. If one wants to make a living out of it, there are also freelance projects posted by CGTrader themselves. Lots of opportunities.

Over all the years i bought several 3D models and never had problems with them. For the first time i bought one, which didn't match the description and was unusable for me, so i asked for a refund. The support was fast and helpful and refunded me the money within two days. Problem solved and i'm a happy customer, who will buy furthermore stuff on CG Trader. The only thing i have to complain, the web page is sometimes slow.

I have dealt with CG Trader on several of our projects and have always had a positive experience. When it came to dealing with any issues (they were few and far between) CG Trader provided great customer service. We have ongoing projects that will take years to complete and CG Trader is the place that we trust. Highly recommend Michael

Nice models BUT login to download is never working on my Windows 11 PC using neither Firefox, Edge or Opera browser neither in normal nor incognito mode. After typing in mail and password there appears a short red banner, the text "signed in" appears , all this stuff disappears all within a second - and I'm not signed in and cannot download. Following all the "disable adblockers, delete cookies" stuff but did not work neither. I always have to forward the download link to my Android phone, opening it in the Samsung browser where the login is working nicely, waiting 20 seconds, download and forward to my PC.

Recently I applied 3 times, and every time I got immediate help. CGT customer service is brilliant. Keep going.

Response time is awesome if you have an issue with any asset and a creator isn’t getting back to you. Thankful for the helpful peeps at CGTrader!

Good collection, easy buying very helpfull for our work! Great and fast service if there is anything where you need support!
