Windshield replaced with great success. Re-application of product was horrible. Windshield now streaked to the point that there is no visibility when wet with mist or even rain.

Hi Jammie - I'm sorry to hear you're having this experience. It sounds like this is an issue of residual product not being completely removed from the windshield. Here's the fix: soak a towel in cold water and wipe the windshield from top to bottom. That's it! This should remove the excess chemical and have your windshield working like new. Let us know if this works or contact us at 866-529-5999 if you continue to experience issues

I contacted Crystal Fusion in accordance with the requirements outlined in my warranty after being told by my insurance carrier that I’d be responsible for a $1000 deductible for the replacement of my windshield. I honestly had not read the crystal fusion warranty closely given I’d only had the vehicle for 2 months when the windshield damage and crack occurred. That said, the online process to submit my claim was seamless. I was connected with a local installer who requested the windshield from BMW, installed and recalibrated it in a matter of days with no out of pocket cost to me. They also reapplied the crystal fusion coating to ensure my glass continues to be protected under warranty. I’m so grateful for the service I received!
