The way I understand that Crystal fusion is my insurance and the guy that put my window in is from a different company hired by Crystal fusion. The work that was done was excellent. The guy that came and did it was personable and explain things to me easily. I’m not sure what the program is or the way things work with the insurance company, but I contacted them. They contacted me back and then I waited for a week and a half almost 2 weeks before the glass came in for me to get my windshield replaced. Seems like it would be a little faster than that. For what the insurance cost me, I will have to replace my windshield three times to break even on the cost of the insurance so I gave it a three star because as far as insurance concerned it’s about average.

I was expecting to get a windshield replacement and instead I got a windshield repair.

Company rescheduled after waiting all day. Then the tech wasn't very experienced and had to barrow my ladder.

The chips repaired are still visible and a small crack can still be seen. This just doesn’t give me a good feeling that it could still crack further

Technician left residue all over my windshield that took 2 weeks to wipe off.

It was easy to call but the process of having to take the vehicle to the windshield repair business for an estimate and review only to wait for the approval then to schedule another apt to go back and fix a chip is not the best interest for us the customer/client reason is, a simple chip can turn into a crack within days of it happening and by the time you get an apt to fix it, it could turn into a complete windshield replacement instead which cost more money and time to replace The process should be to call in, send a picture if required and then go get it repaired. This should happen all in a day. Not a couple of days for someone on your end to review the picture and to email you the claim number and the information of where to go to get it repaired. The process should be quicker and less time consuming

I got my windshield replaced easily enough, but I had to apply a coating at the threat of nullifying my warranty. This should not be my responsibility.
