Application of product on a replacement windshield only took two hours in a Bellingham, WA shop (Lone Pine Auto Glass) owned by a very qualified shop owner, Tyler Johnson.

I'd love to give it a 5 star because it paid for everything and put in a new windshield at no cost to me. But, the first time that crystal fusion put in a new windshield, it only lasted two months and then I had another crack from a rock chip that ended up becoming a 4 to 5 inch crack in my windshield. Therefore, I had to have crystal fusion put in a second windshield. I honestly thought that the crystal fusion would be stronger and regular rock chips from semis, pickup trucks, and so forth would not affect my windshield, but it did. I simply wish the crystal fusion was stronger!

Communication was great, but I had to go back because a manufacture windshield was not put in. So there was miscommunication between them and the vendor. Once that was done, it was great.

it was a okay if only judging based on the shop that was used. the show that was used was bad: 1)scratched my ppf of my hood 2) broke a clip of my rearview mirror 3) did not vacuum parts of the seal from old windscreen 4) had to do it twice bc they did not notice the HUD was out of alignment

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the repair shop. That’s not the standard we aim to deliver through our network. If you’d be willing to share your VIN, we’d like to bring this to our claims manager so it’s addressed appropriately.

Filing a claim was prompt and only required a phone call. However, the only location that could do the repair was in a town 20 miles from the city I lived in which is much larger.
