I was advised by someone I rely on for advice when purchasing my new car to purchase Crystal Fusion. The brand of car had a sub-par windshield and because of my location and travel routes, chips/dings/cracks were inevitable. Within a short time I have had to call on Crystal Fusion for fixes. The online reporting is a bonus, I always get a follow up call for my reports. I find the whole package worth while and every penny.

it was a okay if only judging based on the shop that was used. the show that was used was bad: 1)scratched my ppf of my hood 2) broke a clip of my rearview mirror 3) did not vacuum parts of the seal from old windscreen 4) had to do it twice bc they did not notice the HUD was out of alignment

I suffered a cracked windshield on the highway. Reported it to Crystal Fusion with photographs had my claim approved. It was a very seamless experience. Great company.

It was easy to call but the process of having to take the vehicle to the windshield repair business for an estimate and review only to wait for the approval then to schedule another apt to go back and fix a chip is not the best interest for us the customer/client reason is, a simple chip can turn into a crack within days of it happening and by the time you get an apt to fix it, it could turn into a complete windshield replacement instead which cost more money and time to replace The process should be to call in, send a picture if required and then go get it repaired. This should happen all in a day. Not a couple of days for someone on your end to review the picture and to email you the claim number and the information of where to go to get it repaired. The process should be quicker and less time consuming
