They care about your needs and concerns

My credit score went from 670 down to 535 ever since I trusted your company to help me!!! All you have done was make my life more miserable!!! I'm very disappointed :(

Very friendly knowledgeable staff that respond well to your requests. You do need to stay ontop your balances and inform them when you've paid off a card or account. The negotiate the interest down to a realistic number that works out for your budget.

The only thing I have a problem with, is when I call in & I am prompted to enter my social security number, it isn't accepted no matter how many times I enter it.

At a time when I needed help the most, they Were there for me. I recommend this service to anyone in need of Dept management.

CESI representatives were always there for us; we were a team in tackling the burden of debt. We worked together with diligence and perseverance to reach our goal of paying off creditor balances.

Wish that CESI asked the credit cards to change their billing dates so all accounts can be paid on time. I got 2 late fees so far.
