While having one payment a month made it much easier to pay off my account as far as convenience, I was hoping working with CESI would provide more benefits. None of my accounts reduced the interest rate I was paying, which I thought would be one of the major advantages in working with CESI. In addition, even though I emailed support several times, the CESI app never worked. It would log in and it would just spin and not load.

If I knew had badly my credit score was affected, I would have never used CESI to consolidate my debt. This very important aspect was never made transparent through the process of signing up. I advised that I was not in a situation where I was unable to pay my credit cards each month although I was unhappy with the interest rates and the service charge on one card in particular. I would like to note that the representatives provided great customer service the few times I contacted them. Other than that, I would not recommend this program to anyone unless it is an absolute last option situation. Do your research before inquiring.

I did like the customer service but not the site and its operation. First I could not log in into my account, latter I could not log off it and it exposed my account information. After speaking to customer service I was told it will be fixed and next day it was still not working.

I had to call so many times to straighten out my account that it became very frustrating. I would not do this again!

When I initially got the loan, the minimal payment of one of my cards was not being paid. Therefore after a few months I got two greater than 30 days overdue payments on my credit report. Of course it’s always my responsibility to make sure the minimal amount was being paid. However I believed everything was consolidated and being paid and taken care of by CESI. This misunderstanding killed my credit score for five years. I wouldn’t recommend this company because of this experience. These services were suppose to help my financial situation, instead in was a detriment.

My debt was mostly paid off, but the $75 fee per month is high considering the financial difficulties I had. I would have given 2 stars but they were very helpful whenever I called with a problem.

I would have to call back because I didn't get the help I needed or I would call for a repayment schedule and I would not get it Most of your staff was great but a few were real rude. thank you

The service was appreciated, the customer service was friendly, but I typically tried to avoid contact with the service as often as possible. The website is horrific.
