CESI did a great job. It just seemed like a long time to reach the end of payments (the impatience was mine).

I must admit at the start, of this journey I was afraid that it would not work but as time went by I saw the advantage enrolling in the Consumer Education Service. Enrolling in this program was the best thing that ever happened to me.

They did an overall good job. I had used a different debt counseling firm for a previous time. They charged $100. CESI only charged $60. It was a little rocky start. I didn't know some of my bills weren't being paid enough, so I got hit with a few LATE payment marks on my credit report (8 total), which lowered my score. That upset me because they are STILL on my report. But after that everything was smooth sailing. It was easy to update my total balances. And I paid it all off in the month I was supposed to.

This is a great program. It was easy for me to follow and keep track of everything. I got updates on my progress.

The staff was very friendly to work with. The log in page was at times difficult to log on, had to call several times to get into my account. Web page could be better. Overall they were helpful.

Great experience, employees where nice and considerate

There is always room for improvement with everything in life however my experience was never unpleasant maybe a little complicated at the very end but I would still recommend this company to friends and family.
