It was definitely a little confusing at first but mostly on my end. Every phone call, every email, and most importantly all of my customer service calls has been extremely helpful. Thank you for all your help!

I would recommend the service this company offers. It helps you to see their is a light at the end of the tunnel. I still struggle with my finances every month but I keep reminding myself 3 years instead of 20 years. I can't wait to be out of this situation. Lower interest rates really helps to get the principle down. I did call my creditors to ask for lower rates and was told "No, sorry we can't do that." But this agency got me lower rates.

Everything wasn't clearly explained to me when I first started the program. But it's ok now so make sure you ask alot of questions there are no dumb ones.

Had to change my automatic withdrawal date this month as finances have changed for my family. The CESI customer service agent was friendly, understanding and efficient, like they've always have been. Makes a positive difference when you're already trying to work hard in getting out of debt.

My bills are getting paid in a timely manner, and my credit is being restored.
