CESI has been great! they are understanding and helpful.

The process was very easy to set up and they are very accommodating with changes. I was able to add another account to the plan at a later date with no issue and change the date of my automatic payments to coincide with my pay day at work.

Find somewhere else. It caused more problems than helped. No real negotioation to terms. Payments are not flexible and it cannot be paid over the phone or online or on an app. If you want to pay a bit more then you have to call them which is a nightmare and even then unless it is 5 business days or something like that within your payment date then nothing can be changed. Customer service people are rude, unhelpful and give you conflicting information. I highly recommend finding another company to help you.
