Earlier this year, we migrated to our new and improved Fusion platform to offer a more stable and user-friendly experience. Prior to the change, we provided multiple notifications to all legacy learners—both within the course and via email—well in advance of the legacy platform’s shutdown. Some of our online courses are regulated and include strict security and assessment requirements, which can result in a block from the course if certain validation steps or required assessments aren’t completed successfully.
