Some of our courses are subject to strict regulatory and security requirements, which can result in a block from the course if certain validations or assessments aren’t completed as required. Some of our defensive driving courses are regulated and include strict security and assessment requirements, which can result in a permanent course block if certain validation questions or assessments aren’t answered correctly. We did extend a courtesy re-enrollment at no additional cost to help ease the impact of having to restart, as that was the only available option within the program’s regulatory limits. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the course content and functionality, and we’ll review it with our team to identify possible improvements. We’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you expected. Based on your comments, it appears you took the Florida Online Permit Exam. Per State of Florida regulations, this particular enrollment does not include a certificate, as results are transmitted directly to the FLHSMV for official record purposes. We understand how that could be confusing or frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback. We’ll certainly consider offering an additional confirmation option in the future for learners who wish to keep a personal record of their results.
