I HAVE SENT UMPTEEN EMAILS AND SARAH, FROM THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE SAID SHE HAS TO PUT IT TO A TEAM AND AS SOON AS THEY CHECK THIS, SHE WILL GIVE ME THE ADDRESS, THIS IS APPAULING AND VERGES ON A SCAM. THEY ADVERTISE FULL REFUND IS NOT SATISFIED. I AM DISABLED, 78 YEARS OF AGE AND CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE THIS MONEY. THEY GIVE YOU.NO ADDRESS WHEN THEY SEND YOU THESE.HEARING . AIDS. BE AWARE.

If you pay for and use this service, you will literally be scammed out of your money. Run the hell away from this company. My daughter completed the first module to get to her learning permit test, which she did, then was locked out permanently and has been trying to get back in to complete module two for over 57 days. I have emailed multiple times, made multiple phone calls, have gotten zero response from this company. This company is near fraudulent, and I am filing complaints with the Texas Attorney General’s office and Texas DPS office.

I needed to do continued education for my cosmetology license. Generally when you complete the education the company will email the agency and let them know you have completed. After a little over a month with no submission I reached out to see what the issue was. They informed me that the name did not match but they resolved it for me and would resubmit it. I was confused because the name was correct on the certificate they gave me. And if the name was incorrect why didn’t they ask me to confirm they had the right name before resubmitting. But regardless, I waiting another 3 weeks, I would email them periodically to follow up and see what the issue was and essentially told me that it was up to the agency (mind you any time I have ever renewed my license they typically receive this information in days, usually less than a week). I tried being patient but my license expiring soon was making me nervous. Any info I had from the agency said they hadn’t received anything. I ultimately told the company that I wanted a refund because they hadn’t been able to fulfill the order. They eventually told me that the order was past their refund policy, which is 30 days. I ended up having the pay another company and do my continued education again(they submitted and i received my license all before they responded to the last email I had sent). What a waist of time and money.

This company is a Total Scam. I took 14 hours of courses with Certus, presented them to the State of California, and California rejected them because the course ID was invalid. I've made over the last 10 days, over 5 phone calls (each call takes over 15 minutes of being on hold), and 5 emails (all have gone unanswered). Each time I finally get a representative from Certus, they state I will be getting an email and phone call in 1 to 3 days. It never happened.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The course was clunky and hard to follow, and I am usually very proficient at taking tests. I passed but barely. But the real problem was the Reporting to DBPR. They claimed they sent the RE continuing ed course completions, but did not. Every time I requested info, they directed me to DBPR who had no info from them. Instead of trying to help, they kept telling me to do the work. I finally downloaded certificates from the AYPO site and forwarded them to DBPR who said they would have to do some work on them since the certs DID NOT EVEN INCLUDE MY LICENSE NUMBER. Further, after multiple reach outs to AYPO they again told me to contact DBPR, and then stated they looked on the DBPR site and YOUR LICENSE IS ACTIVE SO THERE IS NO PROBLEM. Of course it's active at this minute, it expires on 9/30/2026, hence your product named CONTINUING EDUCATION. What a joke of a site. By the way, impossible to reach on the phone. 20-30 minute hold times. UPDATE: After promising reporting ASAP it is 3 days later and still not reported to DBPR!!!

Went for traffic school and i signed up for traffic school then when I went to pay it said defensive driving. I google and it seemed like that was the same thing. By the time I ask for certificate to send to court they said I took the wrong course. So dumb... I asked if you could just send the defensive driving certificate they said no. They wouldn't even send it to the court to confirm or deny if its the right one... worthless customer service

5 months after completing my OSHA 30, and i'm still waiting for my Osha card. The response I got, was to pay an extra $60 for a "replacement" of a card I never received in the first place. They won't provide evidence of having set it, no tracking number, no mailing receipt. Just an insulting "trust me, we sent it, maybe you tossed it when it arrived". But if I pay for the replacement, they'll provide all that. I won't pay a single cent for a printed plastic card even bank would replace for free.
