I highly recommend Certapet. I have been with them for several years and they are a genuinely caring company. They provide regular updates and news to keep us informed of laws and regulations, ensuring we are compliant with local and state laws. They also provide resources to assist with our mental health. I have been working with Deborah Levine for several years, and appreciate her very much. She's empathetic and pays attention to details. I highly recommend Certapet.

I have had nothing but the best service from Certapet. If I have any questions they are quick to respond and help in any way. A friend now uses their service via my recommendation.

Beware of choosing auto renew. Just don't do it. Once this company has your money, they will not respond to emails even though the email indicates that is the process to follow. Additionally, no one answers the phone or responds to voicemails. They will, however, charge your credit card and force you to go through the dispute process with your credit card company. Not cool.

I’ve been using Certa Pet for almost three years now. As someone who takes my mental health very serious and the protection of my dog very seriously Certa Pet is an absolute all-around great experience and so is my doctor. She totally understands everything that I’ve gone through and still continue to go through with on a daily basis and how much my dog has made a huge impact on my mental health and getting him certified and trained to help me when I feel like at my lowest and tremendous amounts of an anxiety. I cannot give this five star zo because the only thing that really rubs me the wrong way is I feel like after being on here for almost 3 years I should be getting a discount for referrals and being a continuous client to use Certa Pet the correct way. $150 is pricey every year it’s definitely not out of the water or cheap but I feel like it should go down in price just a little bit if you have been using it for more than a couple of years . Overall I’m satisfied with the service and the help and the seriousness and the joy that having a service dog has brought to my life. I also wish there was an app and hope that is in the works for the near future I will continue to love Certa Pet and represent them!

Certapet has been excellent to me and my needs. Luanne Rossi my therapist is amazingly kind and patient. I can’t recommend them enough. Rentals are simple.

Certapet makes things so easy to get the certificates you need. The therapist I dealt with was kind, understanding and efficient. The process was smooth and worry free for me. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Certapet is fast and easy to use, I had already asked my doctors for a letter and they refused saying they don't fill out those forms. Certapet was amazing and professional, I did have a hard time reaching the therapist, but it was during the holidays so I can understand why she was a bit difficult to reach, but as soon as I was able to schedule with her the process became very quick and easy, she was very professional and I will defiantly be recommending this service to everyone I know.
