Such a great experience! Really easy and I love the therapist that was assigned to me. She is super sweet. Would recommend if you’re wanting an ESA letter or something else off of this site.

Everything was quick and easy. However my apartment needs further documentation and Ive tried to contant Certapet multiple times and I recieve no response.

This is my 3rd time using CertaPet! (ESA letters expire after 1 year). I highly recommend this very professional company. They have you fill out a pretty extensive questionnaire and then assign you a licensed therapist in your state to do a short phone interview with you. My therapist was amazing. If you qualify, you will have your ESA letter right after your phone interview. The entire process took just 2 days. Highly recommend!

I am 68 year old man, and my ESA Karolinka, is very important to me and a big help with travel. I have found Certapet to be very helpful and professional in my dealings with them. I am sorry that the US government has caved and taken away ESA travel privileges. I am very happy with Certapet and would recomend them with out a reservation
