The therapist was wonderful! The issue I have is with PTSD and the letter I need is they are unable to write the letter for Canadian Citizens, yet the therapist and I both live in Canada yet she is unable to write the physiatrist support letter which makes no sense!

I am thoroughly pleased with CertaPet, I enjoy talking with my assigned therapist/ social worker. She checks up on me and ensures I have everything I need! I am unable to receive certain types of documents from my own medical team, as per policy, and certapet has helped me along the way!

I did my research before deciding to go with Certapet for my ESA and PSD. Certapet was definitely the right decision. The website was very easy to use.
