I paid for a private snapchat and it went through but I never got an email or added. How do I remove my payment information permanently from this website? Dont want my card to get stolen

I subscribed to a couple of users on the infamous “fancentro” and wouldn’t you know, the both of them failed to add me back within 24 hours. Hell it’s been 3 days and still no add from the both of them, nor acknowledgement or any content nor sign of activity on their part at all! I checked the current user agreement and terms and i’m sure that under these circumstances i’m allowed a refund to both subscribtions on the grounds that both content providers failed to add me back within the stipulated 24 hour time frame. Centrobill i have already emailed you about one of the instances but please help me with refunding both cancelled subscriptions as i was never added back nor did i receive any services or any content of any kind for 3 days by both users. I will gladly provide the order numbers and any necessary information. On a seperate note, i really wish fancentro could have a system in place that allows customers to report accounts for this sort of thing and then fancentro’s team could investigate and check for any inactive accounts and purge them from their site. Just to save their customers from the inconvinience of having to go about this sort of process.

I signed up and it’s been over 48 hours and still haven’t been added as a friend on snapchat. I send emails but they all seem to be ignored! Seems like a scam to me!!

I have no clue if my orders got canceled, I accidentally got the free trial and as I do i cancel them right away but the cancellation process is so confusing so I really need help on it.

I’ve seen many bad reviews about this company but I have to say my experience was really good with them. I had made a mistake with my email for 3 free trials that I had subscribed to, so I couldn’t cancel them before the trial period ended, so it became a charge on my account. Noticing this, I immediately contact Centrobill support and they responded the the same day saying they’ll refund me for the chargers on my account. Then, within about 4 days, all the charges were refunded and I did not lose any money. I was very grateful for Centrobill’s support and was glad they were able to help get my money back and resolve issues. Thank you Centrobill!

Ive been wanting to unsubscribe for a while now and now in my bank im negative just cause from this when i didn't want it! What can i do to unsubscribe now so it doesn't charge me anymore cause its keep going
