I called in because my service was on pause until I moved in Michael was able to help me, reset my WiFi name and password and help me find my bill online. I appreciate his help. And I appreciate the service I got to set up with my previous rep. When I came in my internet was set up and ready to go! Great customer service. Happy to do do business.

I had a very disappointing experience with Centric Fiber. The communication regarding my WiFi installation was practically nonexistent. Despite my attempts to get updates, I was met with unprofessionalism and blank responses from their team. To make matters worse, they moved forward with actions without informing me, leaving me completely out of the loop. This level of disregard for customer service is unacceptable. As a result, I decided to switch to AT&T, and I’m glad I did. I wouldn’t recommend Centric Fiber to anyone who values clear communication and respectful service.

I would leave them zero stars if I could. They are the worst cable company I’ve ever had. There are outages at least twice a week and when you call you get a recorded message that states there are currently no reported outages even after you get an email stating that there is a reported outage. Always inconsistent and unreliable. Then they use the excuse that they’re doing upgrades and they’ll send an email stating that we won’t have service due to upgrades. They have upgrades every week multiple times I have never heard of such a thing. Do not waste your money!! I wish I could choose another carrier, but I live in an apartment complex that only allows us to use them. if I had a choice, I would go with anyone but them!!!!!!
