Amazing customer service
My card used for auto-pay with Centric was flagged for fraud. When I signed in to change my pay method, I noticed a billing issue. I called Centric directly and got Leslie. Absolutely WONDERFUL customer service! She took care of the issue immediately and made sure that I received a credit and all of the necessary confirmations via email. She made a crappy morning (fraud alert!) so much easier! 10/10 stars
