Worst service provider
Worst service provider, super unreliable, worst customer service, worst app, so unreliable that if you work from home and only rely on Centric you will get fired within a month due to frequent outages, frequent speed drop, terrible support, even worse app. I do not recommend the service.

We’ve had a horrible experience thus…
We’ve had a horrible experience thus far. There’s at least one outage every week. We can’t get a call back. When we call, we are sent to leave a message and have been waiting 2 days for a call back. Definitely unreliable.

By far the worst internet company I've…
By far the worst internet company I've ever dealt with. Their internet is trash and they do not uphold their "deals". They will absolutely charge you full price regardless of what they say and agree too. And don't trust them with your card information. Good luck getting connected with anyone in customer service and be prepared to get disconnected multiple times. The absolute worst. Plain and simple. Avoid this company if you can.

Avoid Centric Fiber
This company is the only option in the new build community we’re in. I’ve tried to be gracious but it’s been 6 months and it literally goes down at least twice a week and when it’s down, it’s for HOURS. I used to think cox was bad, but I find myself missing it. I’m literally writing this on data because it’s down…again.
